Please park outside on the first floor or on the asphalt level outside the garage. There is no assigned parking and there will be a parking pass in the unit. Please display the parking pass at all times. Call building answering service through the gate keypad intercom to talk with service who can let you in if problem with gate code . The unit has an electronic smart lock that allows for self check-in. The code will be provided through email or messaging after completing your reservation.

Other Things to NoteThis beautiful beachfront condominium has a large, freshly decorated living room with a wrap around balcony with a view of the Atlantic ocean. Two of the guest bedrooms share a large balcony with one having a Queen bed and private bathroom and the other is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed and full bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private balcony and bathroom. , Dear Guests, Welcome to Seascape Towers Unit 221. Thank you for renting with us and we hope you enjoy your stay in New Smyrna Beach. Below is some important information about the unit and building. You will need the keys provided in the unit to access the beach, storage room and front gate, so keep a key with you at all times. WiFi – Inside the unit – SSID= 221Guest, Password= NSBSeascape22! At the Pool – there is network information down at the office, near the pool. Televisions – We have televisions in each bedroom for your enjoyment. Living Room and Main Bedroom– These are Firesticks. The QXC app is for cable tv. Bedrooms – These are Roku devices. You can use your Netflix, Hulu, etc. accounts. Beach Gear – Feel free to use all the beach equipment Downstairs in the storage room (near the office), you will find the 221 storage locker. The combination is 1947 (align numbers on the side of the lock). We have chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and toys for your enjoyment. Games and Entertainment – we have plenty of board games in the hall closet. Also find, ping pong paddles (table is in the parking garage) and bocci ball. Shuffleboard equipment is located near the office in the hallway. Laundry – we have a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Beach towels can take a couple cycles to dry. Please have all beach towels washed, dried and put away before departing. Please leave only two loads of laundry upon departure – one for bath towels and one for sheets/linens, so we have time to prepare for the next guests. • Please do not take any sheets, blankets or pillows to the beach. Restaurants – here are some of our favorites: JB’s Fish Camp (a must), Outriggers (great happy hour), The Garlic, and Norwood’s We hope that we have furnished the unit with everything you need to you enjoy your stay. OverviewFlagler avenue is a short distance, famous in the surrounding area for numerous restaurants, tiki bars, live music, fine wines , shopping etc. Kennedy Space center tourist attraction is only a 45 minute drive or visit Disney for the day which is only a 70-80 minute drive. You can enjoy a NASCAR race at the Daytona International Speedway which is only a 25 minute drive. The frequent rocket launches can be observed from the beach without driving anywhere.
